Strategic management
Strategic goals are a management tool for defining the desired future state of the organization.
The ATTIS Strategic Management module allows you to define strategic goals hierarchically, set action plans, tasks and responsibilities, evaluate performance, share relevant information using the Personal Page and document them.
Supports Change Management, Balanced ScoreCard, Change Management, Lean Canvas and other business models. The undeniable advantage of the system is the ability to clearly and quickly implement goal changes across the entire organization.

Process management
The ATTIS Process Management module enables the effective definition of the overall process architecture (process types, sub-processes and their hierarchy and interrelations) and individual processes (SIPOC diagram, RACI responsibility matrix and other optional attributes).
Process modelling in the form of process maps and activity diagrams according to defined notation and controlled distribution of models to all actors via the Personal Page.
Support for process management and improvement, including performance measurement, recording of measures and tasks, sharing of process documentation.

Task management
ATTIS supports intuitive work with tasks according to their type and work-flow (common tasks, tasks from meetings or projects, collection of requests for IT support - Help Desk, requests, corrective actions, findings from internal audits, document familiarization, etc.). Displaying in the User's Personal Page. Review of performance by user and supervisor, including the possibility of delegation within the team. Generation of automatic tasks according to set rules for individuals and groups of users. Possibility of attaching documents.

Risk Management
ATTIS enables efficient creation and management of a threat and vulnerability registry and risk catalogue. It will provide support in risk analysis (risk identification and assessment) and risk treatment (registration and management of measures). The system is compatible and configurable according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 31000, ISO 27001, Act No. 320/2001 on financial control and Act No. 181/2014 on cyber security and other standards, including the GDPR data protection regulation. ATTIS will provide you with comprehensive support in audits and controls of your risk management system.

Controlled documentation
ATTIS will support you in creating and managing a system of controlled documentation (e.g. contracts, regulations, directives, governing acts, methodologies, work procedures, etc.). It will enable you to efficiently approve, document controlled distribution of new and amended documents to defined groups of employees using the Personal Page. It also includes a shared register of contracts and orders. ATTIS sends mass notifications to all affected persons and requires mandatory familiarisation with the document in the form of tasks.

Quality management
ATTIS allows you to create and manage a register of any external requirements set by legislation, binding standards, quality standards and the definition of how to meet them (links to documentation, processes, projects, risks, indicators, ...). ATTIS can also be used for the creation of internal standards of the organization in areas such as occupational safety, hygiene rules, etc. Our system will provide you with comprehensive support for internal audits and controls.

Performance management
The Performance Management module supports the definition of individual indicators (metrics, indicators, targets), their types (OKR - Objectives and key result, PI - Performance indicator, KPI -Key performance indicator) and performance model structures.
It allows setting quantitative and qualitative measurement parameters, automated or "manual" evaluation of achieved results.
It helps in improving and achieving results using the 5 x why? method, Supports root cause definition and recording of corrective actions including their evaluation.

Human Resource Management – HR
ATTIS supports the definition of the organizational structure, including dynamic structures (temporary teams) job descriptions, roles and assignment of specific employees.
Individualized views of individual employees(overviews of subordinate jobs and "their" jobs with their job description, general duties and specific duties resulting from assignment to processes and projects).

Competence management
ATTIS supports the creation of competency models, defining and setting the level of required attributes, knowledge, skills and attitudes. Assessment of the level of competencies achieved by individual employees based on the supervisor's evaluation and the employee's performance of a concurrent self-assessment. Creating a training plan for individual workers from a catalogue of training activities (courses), setting development goals, collecting requirements for further training. ATTIS is a comprehensive tool for managing and developing employee competencies.

Resource management
ATTIS allows you to define types and categories of assets - resources (buildings, facilities, equipment, etc.), records and their management (repair and maintenance plans, risk treatment, assignment to processes, projects, etc.), including the determination of the value of individual assets.
It contains, among other things, a catalogue of information assets (primary and secondary), including their interrelationships. It allows the assessment of information assets in terms of confidentiality, availability and integrity.

ATTIS allows you to define a complex structure of projects (contracts), their types, stages and milestones, assignment of project team, sharing of project documentation, status reports on the implementation of sub-projects, Gantt charts or project stack.
