Link the Indicators in ATTIS to goals, processes, projects or personal performance of employees. Set and link quantitative and qualitative indicators and define desired values and evaluation limits. Visualize the status of the indicators using the available traffic lights, which will clearly and quickly show you whether you are achieving the desired values.
ATTIS supports reporting in the form of tasks displayed on the User’s Personal Page. Automatically send notifications to employees responsible for indicators based on their responsibilities and schedules. Easily track indicator performance and require explanatory commentary when required if an indicator value is out of compliance.
You can see the evolution of indicator performance over time in charts that allow easy visual comparison and trend analysis. All reporting records can be easily exported to MS Excel format or linked to BI for further data processing and analysis.
