Process management

ATTIS actively enables the creation of multi-level process maps and activity diagrams. We distribute these process models, including descriptions of the interactions, to all users in their Personal Pages so that they have an overview of the individual processes and their links. In this way, we support active transparency and sharing of process documentation. Support for process management and improvement is a native part of ATTIS. Our system enables process performance measurement and monitoring. It is possible to keep sophisticated records of corrective actions and tasks related to processes. ATTIS actively enables linking processes to indicators, control documents, risks, tasks and other objects in the system. In this way, we support the evaluation and continuous improvement of your processes, as well as linking to other elements of the integrated management system, such as change programmes and various quality management systems.
Describe your organization so everyone is clear…
Every process-driven organisation actively and purposefully manages all its activities and operations. A well process-managed organization has clearly defined types of processes, sub-processes and their hierarchy and interrelationships. It divides each process into specific activities, which it actively links through a responsibility matrix (SIPOC, RACI) to roles and jobs in the organisational structure. Join the family of organisations managed in this way with ATTIS.
ATTIS approaches processes as work instructions and rules for the effective management of activities in an organisation. Every update of your process model in our system is dynamically reflected in the job descriptions of the jobs that are directly involved in the process execution. This gives you an active and direct link between processes, organizational structure and jobs. For process modeling, ATTIS provides a simple predefined sample management notation that can be adapted to your specific requirements. We support standard notations such as BPMN 2 and notations derived from the ARCHIMATE standard. In our system, we ensure that your organization’s processes are effectively defined, presented and understood by all involved stakeholders.
