We have designed the project and order management module to meet the basic requirements of most users. It enables mainly the management of tasks within the project team, monitoring of compliance with deadlines and other key parameters (KPIs) of the project, and of course also for reporting on project work and recording of deliverables.
By linking with the Human Resources module, ATTIS allows you to manage the workload of employees with links to other modules. Assignment to a project team is automatically reflected in the job records and roles of the respective persons. Integration with other modules allows you to attach targets and indicators to projects or contracts, share and manage project documentation, and manage quality and risk. ATTIS also provides you with quick and clear reports on the achievement of project objectives and indicators for each project or contract.

The module is designed for simple, clear and intuitive work on projects. It allows you to create a comprehensive structure of projects (contracts) with definition of their types, stages and milestones. Easily define a project team in the system and share relevant project documents within it. ATTIS provides you with quick overviews of active projects and the status of implementation, e.g. in the form of Gantt charts. It uses WBS(work breakdown structure), supports resource and task management, time tracking, etc.
ATTIS will help you in the daily management of projects by continuously evaluating the success of implementation, recording project tasks. It enables monitoring of work performance on projects and tracking of financial and time indicators.
